24 Hour Phone Line Open for All

Sara Riel Inc. is offering a 24 Hour phone line, Seneca Warm Line, for anyone experiencing uncommon feelings during this new and uncertain time. You may be feeling anxious, lonely, are struggling with a mental health challenge or just needing to talk to someone to sort your thoughts. The Seneca Warm Line is a safe space to feel acknowledged and heard while the peer support staff can provide different self-care tools and resources that might be helpful.

As a result of the current situation that we’re facing, Sara Riel has opened up a second phone line,

It is important to note that Seneca Warm line is not a crisis line.
