Training offered by Réseau Compassion Network

Consider this an invitation to discover compassion in your work, your life, your community, and your heart.

When we are present and connected, we are best able to support and walk alongside the people we support. The pandemic has revealed the challenges within our systems, with high levels of burn out, resignations, and leaves of absence. Sometimes, it can be difficult to stay present when you work in health and social services organizations; there are many competing priorities and the work can be draining, both emotionally and mentally. We know it is only possible to do this work if you take care of yourself and we want to support you in that journey.

As sponsors, we want to create opportunities for you to learn to invite compassion into your life for yourself and others. Our offerings are rooted in traditional practices, evidence-based programs, and has sessions designed to meet emerging needs.

"I appreciated the focus on how moments of mindfulness occur at any time in our day, not only during a specific practice."

“The course was perfect, I wouldn't change anything. You will learn to love and accept yourself as you are with more ease, and will find yourself doing the same with others around you. I can't thank the facilitators enough. Both were top notch and so approachable and kind.”
