Free Mindful Self-Compassion Online Class from Dr. Kristin Neff and Dr. Chris Germer

With the surreal time we’re facing right now, here is a generous offering from Dr. Kristin Neff and Dr. Chris Germer, who have been researching self-compassion for over a decade: what it is, how it transforms our lives, and how to build it.

Through this link, you will have access to three free videos.

In the first of three videos, you will learn:

  • Why so many highly compassionate people are reluctant to turn their kindness inward.
  • How self-compassion makes us more motivated and resilient than self-criticism.
  • A guided meditation for when we’re feeling anxious or inadequate—especially if conventional mindfulness or breathing practices aren’t working … and more

Please feel free to share this with anyone who may find it useful.

Purposeful Pauses to Lead and Live with Excellence

A Purposeful Pauses to Lead and Live with Excellence, ten lessons, “mini-trainings”, approximately ten minutes each, that can help interrupt the auto-pilot that often takes over our lives and tap into our own inner wisdom.

Janice Martuarno leads this training and is the Founder of the Institute for Mindful Leadership, a non-profit organization dedicated to training professionals to lead and live through meditation and mindful leadership practices. Her teachings draw on her 20-year tenure as a senior executive with a Fortune 200 company, and her deep mindful leadership practice.

This opportunity is being offered at a reduced rate, only $20 for all ten lessons, you can access the first lesson for free, here, as a trial.
